Join us as 48 Acquisition& Proposition Manager

This is a key role within the Consumer team, reporting into the 48 Senior Manager role.
The 48 Acquisition & Proposition Manager is accountable for the design, development, and execution of the 48 Proposition roadmap to deliver on the KPI and service goals of the brand.

As Propositions Manager you are responsible for executing an integrated, strategically focused proposition plan to drive demand to net base growth, margin, NPS and cost goals. You own the end to end plan, from gathering the insights to identifying the right proposition and getting approval to proceed to managing the development process with technology vendors, to executing the GTM and then post launch measuring the success.

This individual will need to work very closely with the Digital team, NPD, Care, Finance, L&R and Marketing team to ensure there is consistency across the entire organisation to deliver on the 48 goals.
Key output of this role is the development of the annual proposition strategy for 48 and the development of the monthly trading plan to ensure positive net base growth and margin performance.

What else it involves

KPI management and deep understanding of 48 performance.
Channel Development and Strategy. Manage channel development for 48 including Recruit & Reward programme, Campus SU’s, third party partners etc
Development of annual strategy including propositions, content and on boarding base management activity to drive programme growth.
Competitor review; understand competitors’ strategy and tactical activity.
Forecasting and reporting.
Work with care and digital to address issues, gaps, opportunities to grow performance or customer experience.
Work closely with NPD team to ensure that there are propositions on their roadmap which will address the needs of your customer base.
Building business cases and presenting at senior forums.
Monthly reporting and tracking.
Commercially astute – ability to spot opportunities that will help us achieve short- and long-term financial objectives and KPIs.
Problem solving and thinking creatively – helping us to pinpoint and launch propositions that differentiate on service and help us deliver a best in class digital experience.
Be an explorer looking for new ideas, thinking about the customer & constantly looking at the Telco & related markets here and across the world.
Think holistically about your segment and how this adds value to the wider Three business.
Vendor and stakeholder management to ensure all activities are delivered from 48 Roadmap.
Manage 48 gradates as they rotate onto 48 team.

The skills we`re looking for

Be proactive, curious and have great throughput. You are a starter/finisher.
Proven experience of proposition development.
Really understand the 48 base, the infrastructure it operates on, the wider organisation and how it supports the brand.
Appreciation of the customer, their needs and how to meet them creatively.
Commercially astute with ability to pinpoint new propositions and offers that will help us achieve our goals.
Communicate clearly.
Very strong interpersonal skills: ability to deal with people of all levels both internally and externally as well as the ability to work cross functionally internally.
