Administrative Support to Commercial Lines underwriting team
You will be part of the KennCo Commercial Lines Underwriting team who deal with the Insurance Broker market.
Your main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:
- Providing administration work and back-up support for the Commercial Business Department in whatever way necessary.
- Computer Reports including development of statistics / reports and all related workload required.
- Managing broker’s interactions efficiently, courteously and in a timely manner.
- Building and maintaining your relationships with our brokers while delivering a high standard of service
- Prioritising your workflow appropriately and effectively in line with the business demand.
- Other duties and responsibilities as may be required by Management
Skills / Knowledge
- Have the ability to manage own workload, work to own initiative and be confident in making decisions
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- Ability to build strong rapport with our brokers
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suites
- Performance related annual bonus
