As a key member of the management team, your responsibility is to ensure a consistent and excellent level of client service, oversee the effective operation of the team and identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the team operates efficiently, adheres to procedures, ISAE 3402 requirements and AI best practice and policy

  • Central point of contact and guidance for the wider Alternative Investors Group

  • Schedule, allocate and review work of team members for accuracy and completeness

  • Recruit, train, motivate and develop staff 

  • Hold regular team meetings and create an environment of good communication

  • Support and drive new product enhancements

  • Encourage a programme of continuous improvement to mitigate risks and improve client experiences

  • Attend new business meetings for existing clients seeking to set up new funds


  • Third Level Qualification or equivalent preferred

  • 4-6 years’ experience in Fund Administration with at least 2 years in a supervisory/management capacity

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office.

  • Hard working and team player 

  • Ability to adapt to and work within a dynamic changing environment

The role is 50% WFH.
