Role
As a key member of the management team, your responsibility is to ensure a consistent and excellent level of client service, oversee the effective operation of the team and identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure that the team operates efficiently, adheres to procedures, ISAE 3402 requirements and AI best practice and policy

Central point of contact and guidance for the wider Alternative Investors Group

Schedule, allocate and review work of team members for accuracy and completeness

Recruit, train, motivate and develop staff

Hold regular team meetings and create an environment of good communication

Support and drive new product enhancements

Encourage a programme of continuous improvement to mitigate risks and improve client experiences

Attend new business meetings for existing clients seeking to set up new funds
Requirements
-
Third Level Qualification or equivalent preferred
-
4-6 years’ experience in Fund Administration with at least 2 years in a supervisory/management capacity
-
Proficient in the use of MS Office.

Ability to adapt to and work within a dynamic changing environment
The role is 50% WFH.
