We are looking to speak to professional, structured, well-trained, proactive salespeople who are looking to work for a market leader in their field.
Whilst we work with a lot of clients within the medical industry, we do not have many who will look at top-level salespeople who are looking for a break into the market.
This client is looking to expand the sales team in Ireland. They have enjoyed enviable growth over recent years and are now looking for 2 sales professionals to join their top-performing team.
You will be selling medical equipment into Acute/ICU across the HSE in Leinster. This is mainly hospital-based, where you will network at all levels. Calling upon ICU nurses, Consultants, Nursing Managers, and Procurement – a multi-faceted approach.
With such a big brand name behind you, it won’t be difficult getting to speak to the decision-makers. Your role is to cross-sell, upsell and promote new product ranges into the hospitals.
You must be a proactive, self-starter who enjoys networking and opening new doors. Your ability to think outside the box coupled with your resilience will ensure your success in this role.
If you are currently selling to the HSE, nursing homes, or any aligned industry, this will be advantageous. This client is very open and has great success in recruiting sales professionals from outside their industry.
You MUST have a structured approach to sales and be able to demonstrate a clear and well-honed sales process. You will be professional, well presented, and have the ability to deal at all levels, building rapport quickly.
Base Salary – €43-45K
Company car and fuel card
€20K commission. Paid quarterly
