THE COMPANY: With a multi-million sales turnover internationally, our client is looking to break into the market selling their full software solutions to the commercial market. They offer end-to-end solutions for multiple different sectors and require a strong new business sales representative to grow the Irish market with them. There is a huge opportunity to grow and progress within this organization as they continue to grow aggressively each year.

THE ROLE: Ideally living within a commutable distance to Dublin but will be covering the Republic of Ireland you will be selling software solutions, supported by cloud-based software that will help maximize the commercial ability of businesses. You will sell to the commercial sector in Ireland, selling at c-level board meetings, as well as selling to manager level. This role will be new business orientated and will entail long lead times, however, the financial rewards for success in this role are outstanding. You will inherit an existing base of accounts and have a lead generation team passing warm qualified leads to you, but you must also generate leads yourself. This is an excellent opportunity for some to move into a fast-growing sector.


  • Graduate – open to qualification but ideally Business, Accountancy and Law related
  • 2nd jobber looking to progress their career in IT sales
  • Telesales experience will also be considered
  • IT Sales experience is highly desirable but not essential
  • Sales of software solutions will be a massive plus
  • Outgoing, well presented, and confident salespeople are required


  • Basic Salary: €35,000 – €40,000
  • OTE: + €40,000 Uncapped
  • Hybrid working environment – 3 days in office 2 days WFH or on the road
  • Pension, Healthcare, Laptop, Car allowance, 25 days leave
