Exciting opportunity for fluent French speaking Sales Professionals to join our Irish based AXA Global Healthcare team.

As an EU Client Relationship Consultant, you’ll drive revenue primarily through French language outbound individual leads, engaging with customers seeking suitable International Healthcare Insurance. You’ll listen to our customers’ needs and provide options with a customer centric approach. As part of this role, you’ll need to be sensitive to the customer’s individual medical needs, taking an empathetic approach, as required.

Our offices are based in Dublin City Centre, with a smart working hybrid way of working model.

The successful candidate will report directly to the European Sales Operations Manager in the Dublin office, responsible for ;
* Consistently achieve sales objectives through strong pipeline management.
* Responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring from policy inception through effective administration of their private medical insurance policy. Address and act on feedback, adhere to CBI and GDPR and regulatory requirements.
* Full understanding of processes within your team ensuring all policy administration falls within the terms of the membership agreement. Understand how you contribute to team targets and all regulatory requirements of AGH.
* Confident interaction with customers. Accurate creation and maintenance of customer records and appropriate escalation when needed.
* Actively participate in departmental and team meetings and business-wide projects. Work flexibly within your own skillset to support other teams, multi-skilling and taking on additional duties when required to support the customer, the business and your colleagues
* Strive for first contact resolution and escalate according to regulatory guidelines

Key Skills

* 1-2 years’ experience in a previous customer service and administrative role
* Fluent in English & French
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships.
* Proficient in the use of MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Flexible, adaptable and resilient to change
* Sound decision making skills
* Ability to navigate complex, multiple IT applications at one time
* Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
* Good organisational skills
