Here at Osborne we are currently recruiting for a Client Services Executive on behalf of a leading Irish State Agency based in Dublin 8. Our client provide a space for indigenous enterprises to scale and grow. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation which is a leading cluster for technology and digital media companies in Ireland. 

As the Client Services Executive you will ensure the highest level of customer support and engagement with the companies on their campus. The successful candidate will report directly to the Enterprise Development Manager of the DHDA and also reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Excellence in Customer Service Standards to all Clients and Guests
  • Act as point of contact for all internal client requests and ensuring their requirements are met in line with DHDA’s policies and procedures including our Customer Charter.
  • Liaise with clients for all requirements including telecom, IT, car parking, meeting rooms, event, facility requests etc.
  • Management of client Services inbox and liaising with the Facilities team on any client requirements.
  • Recommend improvements, to the Agency’s Executive, in the standard of client services and improving the physical infrastructure of The Digital Hub Campus to make it a 21st century model for an office and Digital cluster environment.
  • Be responsible for the look, feel and operation of all the internal public and social spaces including receptions, meeting rooms and games rooms. You are expected to work closely with the Operations Manager here.
  • Liaise with the appropriate service provider to ensure all clients requirements are met.
  • Mediate Clients requests for extra services being provided by the Facilities Management or IT service provider, including requesting quotes and sending it to clients, reverting back to the service provider with approval or cancellation of the request.
  • Assist with retention, expansion and renewal of current client contracts in line with our criteria.
  • Administration of contracts received including creation of contract based upon terms pre agreed, scanning, copying, binding, inputting information for billing purposes and preparation for signature and company seal.
  • Preparation of billing reporting monthly for circulation to the finance team to ensure that clients are billed correctly.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Communication Team in developing and maintaining internal communication strategies and supporting client events.
  • Manage day to day enquiries via phone, email and other medium.


  • Focus and care in ensuring our clients receive a great customer experience.
  • A clear understanding of the DHDA’s Customer Charter.
  • An excellent understanding of KPI’s.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent command of MS Office and CRM Software
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all.
  • Excellent knowledge of similar and excellent customer service in other markets
  • Ability to manage change, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Excellent planning and organising skills


  • Third level qualification in a relevant area such as Hotel Management, catering, retail or Hospitality
