We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Co-ordinator / Planner in one of Irelands leading Medical device companies based in Santry!

The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work within a team and a high level of self-motivation.

We specialise in:

  • In-house professional education training of high-level washer disinfectors and drying & conditioning cabinets for flexible endoscopes at our centre of excellence in Santry, Dublin
  • Sales of our product range throughout Ireland by our sales department to Healthcare facilities
  • Training our customers on the correct use of the products and advising hospitals on endoscope routing, project planning and implementation
  • Servicing and validation of our systems in the field by our experienced service team

What does my day to day look like?

  • Liaising with customers in relation to scheduling service and validations of hospital equipment
  • Manage day to day call outs to HSE & Private hospital groups
  • Check and file reports from service engineers
  • Sending daily jobs to customers
  • Sending Validation reports to customer
  • Processing daily service orders on Microsoft Dynamics
  • Generate monthly service reports
  • Conducting regular reporting processes in line with KPIs
  • Assisting the Sales and Service team field based
  • Support the incoming and outgoing correspondence, including post and booking couriers

What we need from you?

Conveying company policy to external parties in a positive manner.

  • Microsoft Dynamics – knowledge and experience an advantage
  • Experience in customer service
  • Coordinator / scheduling experience
  • Excellent communication skills and team working skills with a high level of energy and urgency to deliver results. You will demonstrate leadership with both internal and external stakeholders at all times.
  • Competent in Microsoft Suite
