Job Description:
This position will require the successful candidate to be able to complete full scope of operations in running and maintaining facilities systems with a focus on mechanical systems (working knowledge of boilers, chillers, exhaust and HVAC equipment a must) and be able to work across various facilities disciplines
Duties include but are not limited:
Preventative and corrective maintenance activities while being able to support factory tool install, de-install and construction activities.
Cross-train in facilities operations and maintenance activities while providing excellent customer service.
Performing repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems.I
Installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining a wide variety of facility plumbing, mechanical, electrical, heating and cooling systems.
Conducting preventative maintenance inspections and performing required preventative maintenance duties
Assignments are semi-routine in nature with work performed within generally defined parameters. Some degree of judgment is required in resolving non-standard problems.
Continuous improvement Projects for Safety or Quality improvements.
Required to work a Compressed Work Week shift pattern, Front End or Back End Intel rotating shift involves Day Shift Rota – 1 month, 4 weeks Night Shift Rota – 1 month, 4 weeks BE-FE Rota Swap – 6 monthly Hours of work 07:00 – 19:20 and 19:00 – 07:20Y

Minimum Qualifications
The successful candidate will have time served mechanical trades experience or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Level 6/Level 7
5+ years of experience preferred with industrial mechanical systems operations and/or vibration analysis a plus.
5+ years of experience preferred role modeling safety behaviors and influencing team members
Must role model safety as a value and adhere to a stringent environmental compliance culture
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, strong organization and time management skills
Ability to excel as an individual contributor and part of a team and work effectively across multiple facilities operations disciplines
