Customer Service Advisor – Life & Pensions Contact Centre 

Aviva’s contact centre team in Cherrywood, Dublin-18 are looking for confident and engaging contact centre agents to join us in permanent full-time roles. You will handle calls from our customers and brokers regarding life & pension queries.

At Aviva we see this role as one of the most integral in the business as we are the first point of contact for our Brokers and Customers. This is an exciting opportunity to learn new skills and further your experience in an agile environment. The role comes with a competitive salary and benefits package.

While this role is in the greater Dublin area, it would suit those with customer service skills living in Wicklow/Kildare/north Wexford area also. We have free parking for staff who commute by car or motorcycle or there are public transport links close-by (the LUAS green line and 84a bus stop is one minute away)

To be successful in the role, you will need the following: 

  • Experience in a customer service environment – If you enjoy building relationships and communicating and interacting with people, you’ll fit right in with the world-class customer service team around you

  • Good aptitude for technical learning and IT, as there are quite a few systems you will need to learn and be proficient with

  • Verbal and written fluency in English is a must have as this role will be dealing exclusively with our Irish insurance Life & Pension market

  • An ability to adapt to change, working in a fast-paced environment
