Variety, challenge and influence in your job: As a trusted Manager in Financial Analysis & Planning & advisor to this large, multifaceted R&D and manufacturing site, you will be No.2 to the Head of FP&A. A go-to for the FP&A team, you will assist in managing the site’s month end activities, quarterly FP&A forecast and annual operating plan (AOP) process for the entire Galway site
Secondly, you will be the Champion for Continuous Improvement (CI) in the finance function. Tasked with ensuring a CI mind-set in the finance function, you will lead change & drive improvements both within Finance & across the business.
And finally, you will Business Partner with key support functions (IT, HR, Facilities) regarding financial performance, budgets & forecasts, cost centre spend, capital investments appraisals, strategic business decisions and site-wide cost improvement programs.

This job is offering a hybrid working model, allowing you to work 3 days onsite in Galway and 2 days from home.

A Finance Manager or Senior Financial Analyst (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with c8+ years PQE, you will have proven ability to provide detailed financial analysis while also seeing the bigger picture.
