TTM Healthcare in Partnership with our client in Dublin 7 have a vacancy for a Part-Time HR Administrative Assistant.
Monday to Friday (mornings) 20 – 25 hours per week.

The Role:

  • PA to General Manager and Director of Nursing, attending and scheduling meetings, minute taking, and general administration
  • Oversee stock control, specifically laundry, cleaning, and general house stock
  • Lead the recruitment initiatives in, ensuring starters and leavers policies are adhered to
  • Management of all HR files, training certificates, Garda vetting, competition files
  • Schedule and participate in Interviews, in conjunction with GM, DON and other senior staff
  • Training and Development co-ordinator, ensuring all staff are up to date with mandatory training programmes
  • To participate in the induction process for new staff within the service
  • Oversee the Time and Attendance software installation, including roster management, with specific responsibility for the Reception roster
  • Ensure all house policies are up to date, and available for all staff
  • Participate on the Health and Safety Committee, ensuring whole house audits are scheduled, completed and actioned
  • Assist in the Finance Department (approx. 3-4 hours / week)
  • Adhere to all policies and protocols currently established and endorse, support and participate in any changes
  • Create and promote healthy working relationships, and demonstrate behaviours consistent with the values of the organisation
  • To maintain a safe working environment under the relevant health and safety legislation and statutory regulations, ensure and participation in on-going continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • To provide effective communication channels between all departmental staff, residents, relatives and pastoral care
  • To adhere to HR policies including grievance / disciplinary matters
  • To participate and ensure compliance in continuous professional development, training (formal and informal)

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
• Proven track record in administration and knowledge and experience of best HR practice
• Previous experience of a Time and Attendance software system
• Previous Nursing Home / Health sector experience is an advantage
• Excellent inter-personal and organisational skills
• Be fully versed in all HIQA standards
• Competent in the use of Information Technology
