HR Administrator Required | 3 Weeks Cover | Cork

Your new company
Your new employer is an Employer of Choice within the Public Sector, located in Cork City. They are now looking for a HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis to support the recruitment team.

Your new role
As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for advertising jobs, coordinating interviews and liaising with interview panels. You will issue application packs and complete reference checks, garda vetting and medical checks. You will maintain an accurate record system and file all necessary documents and information. You will maintain lines of communication with applicants and prepare them for shortlisting. You will issue employment contracts, set up new starters and maintain the HR files.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will have 1-2 years experience in a similar role. You will have previous experience scheduling interviews and obtaining references. You will have a keen eye for detail and have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be proficient in the use of MS Office. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
