The Intel Ireland Human Resources team are chartered with enabling and supporting the amazing talent which bring Intel’s mission to life. As part of our continued growth, we are recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture, bringing creative and effective ideas and solutions to a growing organization.

This role will be located at our Leixlip site with hybrid work options available.


  • You will partner with business leads/department managers/team leads to develop and execute HR strategies focused on the full HR portfolio: Employee relations, talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, Diversity & Inclusion and more
  • Provide support, thought partnership, and coaching to managers and employees at all levels across the organisation on how to manage performance, conflict resolution, interpersonal issues and ER issues within their teams
  • Partnering with managers, defining and implementing the best HR solutions for the organization, as well as providing consultation and coaching services to managers and employee’s on all HR practices, systems and policies.
  • Continually pursue ways to improve existing policies and procedures with a focus on efficiency and suitability for scale
  • Analyses data and documentation to evaluate and influence employees and management regarding significant or unique issues in employee relations, organisational capabilities & people strategies.
  • Contributes to development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways. Coaches, mentors and/or advises employees and managers at all levels to help drive growth and development.
  • In addition, you will own programs that run across the broader HR team.


Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelors or master’s degree holder in organizational studies/psychology/related HR discipline
  • 6 years plus experience working in similar position
  • Ability to interact with and effectively influence right up to VP levels of a professional organization :Strong analytical and problem solving skills and business acumen
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills with a proven ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy
  • Experience of working in a large global and/or matrixed organizations scale business
  • Effectively organize, prioritize, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Keen to continue learning and developing your capabilities, having a growth mindset
  • Proven experience in coaching, influencing, facilitation and communication
  • Strong background in change management
