HR Co-Ordinator – HYBRID ROLE

LOCATION

This role allows for a hybrid approach to working in the office and remotely from home. When in the office, you will be based in a newly decorated agile working space, which nurtures teamwork and collaboration in Liberty Centre, Blanchardstown Retail Centre, Dublin 15

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Co-Ordinator to join our teams.

Your new opportunity

Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor, this is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional aspiring to enhance their experience in a fast-paced, expanding company. This is a varied role where the successful candidate will provide a range of HR support services to our employees and managers. This role will be an integral member of the HR team in implementing our people strategy across our key areas of Enabling Talent, Employee Experience and Organisational Effectiveness. We are looking for an individual who is organised, empathetic and flexible to change. The successful candidate will support employees from across Energia Group, with a focus on Customer Solutions, Flex Gen and Renewables

Your key responsibilities and accountabilities

Day-to-day, here’s what your new role would look like:

  • Support the HR team to ensure employee documentation is administered accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate internal Learning & Development sessions.
  • Provide advice and support to managers and employees on HR queries.
  • Support the payroll function including the accurate updating of employee details and information on our HR Information System.
  • Support our HR Advisors with designing job adverts, advertising roles and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist with the development of our internal HR newsletter.
  • Assist with updating monthly business reports with HR information and analysis.
  • Review and update HR policies as required.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees and assist with the coordination of monthly corporate inductions. 
  • Support team audits as required.
  • Support the continuous improvement of our employee self-service systems.
  • Become involved in internal employee engagement forums and initiatives as required.
  • Ad hoc HR projects as they arise.

Our essential criteria

These are the qualifications, experience, skills, or knowledge you must have:

  • At least 1 years’ experience working as part of a HR team in a corporate environment.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and a HR Information System.
  • Experience of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Our desirable criteria

  • Education to degree level in Business, HR or similar.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing recruitment processes across a variety of roles.
  • Proven experience of supporting managers and employees with employee relations issues.
  • CIPD qualified
