This is an On-Site position at our Manufacturing site in Dun Laoghaire. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining support for both the talent acquisition and HR team.

Responsibilities:

HR:

  • Maintain the administration of the company health insurance and pension scheme. Process applications & responding to associate queries.
  • Administration of the site reward and recognition scheme, including creation of letters & managing metrics.
  • Support the management of absence administration in line with the sick pay policy.
  • Manage PO & vendor set up for the HR team requirements along with cheque request process.
  • Help co-ordinate the Induction Process for new hires, Scheduling training sessions and liaising with managers.
  • Management of the plant job description database ensuring full compliance with NSAI requirements
  • Coordinate Site Visitors as required by the Site Leadership Team
  • Management of the site post, collecting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Work closely with ASC (Shared Service Centre) to ensure appropriate processes are in place when managing HR Administration for Dun Laoghaire

Talent Acquisition

  • Assist with the sourcing, recruitment and interview process including, schedule phone, video and in-person interviews for Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Partner with candidate pipeline creation
  • Manage the offer process, including creating and routing offer letters for approval.
  • Coordinate background, medical, and reference checking processes.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Edit and post positions to Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately and within the specified timeframe(s) with proper approval channels.
  • Ensure candidate follows appropriate workflow within ATS.
  • Create and manage basic metrics reporting.
  • Work with local universities/colleges and technical programs to build effective and long-lasting relationships as well as other resources to share career opportunities.
  • Track job posting information in a Recruitment Marketing Plan.
  • Post positions to external resources such as job boards, social networking sites, etc.
  • Assist with Employer Branding activities

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in HR/Business Administration beneficial
  • Must have 3+ years’ experience in a faced paced regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of commonly used Principals, practices, and procedures within talent acquisition & HR preferred.
  • Experience using TMS & Workday Advantageous
  • Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working within a matrixed environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple diverse tasks with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work progressively as part of a team and on own initiative.
