Join us as an ICT Portfolio Manager
This role offers the opportunity to lead one of Three’s Ireland’s most successful growth portfolios. You will be responsible for the continued evolution of the ICT Products (3Connected Solutions) as well as innovating the next generation of products. The role is suitable for a someone with both a strategic and operational focus, a leader with a winning mentality and a deep understanding of best practise for product management, product development, partner management and financial reporting.
The role requires skills and experience in people management, business planning and P&L delivery as well as excellent interpersonal capabilities to manage multiple internal & external stakeholders at a senior level. Reporting to the Head of Product, Propositions & Customer Value Management, we are looking for a high calibre individual who will play a key role in supporting change, the delivery of strategic objectives and operational improvements for Three Ireland.

What else it involves

The development and delivery of short, medium, and long-term planning to deliver upon our strategic objectives across all 3Connected Solutions products.
Own and manage the lifecycle of all 3CS products across all lines of business (Managed Network Services, Security, Data Analytics, EMM, Unified Communications) as well as responsibility for process improvement and key performance indicators for these products (ARPU, AMPU, Contribution margin, CAC, CRC).
Own and manage new product development, propositions & enhancements in the 3CS portfolio delivering key projects to drive customer volumes, margin, and customer retention KPIs.
Development and ownership for report, forecasting & planning across all product teams. Work closely with sales & finance on quarterly forecasts & budget outlooks
Close collaboration with key stakeholders such as IT, Networks & Data teams in Technology, Technical Service Desk in Care and 3CS Sales & Solution Architects to ensure engagement, support, and delivery for 3CS and Data Analytics portfolios.
Management of key partner and supplier relationships to insure strong engagement and support for all products. Work closely with group and related partners on group wide initiatives.
Working and supporting key sales channels to ensure appropriate product information, training & sales incentives are in place for key channels (Sales, Three Partners & Care) to deliver KPIs.
Strong engagement with Customer Value Management to support higher customer experience metrics and customer retention.
Monitoring and interpreting competitive activity, assessing the potential customer / company impact, and developing response strategies which differentiate Three from the competition.
Strong relationship with Marcomms and PR teams to support product, proposition and GTM as well as accountability for customer insight, research, and analysis in so far as it relates to the product and proposition portfolio.
Management of a team of 5 product managers, supporting team personal & professional development while driving a high performance and winning culture within the team.
Key role in supporting the overall Business strategy development and delivery. Excellent understanding and ability to adapt to future communications technologies and ideas.

The skills we’re looking for
Proven understanding of what it takes to manage and develop product and proposition teams at the highest level.
Significant product management knowledge & experience (Launch, go-to-market, In-life and end of life) with proven ability to execute best practice.
Significant people management experience – a change advocate with capability to manage a team with a focus on continuous improvement
Proven experience at working and engaging at senior levels in an organisation.
Exceptional commercial acumen with the ability to understand how we can increase profitability and deliver agreed KPI’s.
Strong planning and organising, with excellent analytical thinking.
Strategic Planning – clearly demonstrate successful planning ability.
Team player and passion to support people to achieve their career aspirations.
Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships at all levels within the business.
