Role Purpose & Context

As part of our on-going reshaping within eir evo our strategy has been to re-position eir evo as an integrated telecommunications and information technology services provider. A resource is required to work within the current ICT Sales and Administration Team to ensure that the Ordering, processing and billing for eir evo customers is completed accurately and within SLA.

This position is a maternity cover contract. 

Objectives include:

  • Implement and maintain best practice processes for the creation, renewal, billing and subsequent management of CPE sales, customer and supplier Maintenance support contracts
  • Working within the current team to ensure orders, invoices, and billing procedures are processed effectively and efficiently.
  • Continuous drive relating to potential changes and improvements regarding the development of systems and processes across ICT that support the management of ICT CPE sales and Maintenance Contract revenue and profitability.
  • Support the BDM/CSM/Sales Executive with queries and requests
  • Support the achievement of eir evos wider strategic, financial, operational and customer objectives.
  • Demonstrate ability to adapt to changing and dynamic line management and business demands
  • To provide support to all programs and processes owned by the Assure and Customer Service teams
  • Maximise personal contribution to leadership of eir evo and the group overall.
  • Successfully supporting the delivery of the target and KPIs set in the business unit

Key Responsibilities

  • Working on the day to day quotes and order management within the ICT Sales Team, ensuring that all defined processes are followed in compliance with ITIL and ISO 20000 standards.
  • Ensuring that any issues or matters arising are resolved quickly and in a professional manner, detailing any resulting process or system changes as requirements for incorporation into the current management system.
  • Provide day to day support to, in relation to queries or issues from all areas of eir evo.

Personal Development:

  • Support knowledge and information sharing amongst team.
  • Develop relationships where required with Key Vendors
  • Identify areas for improvement and maximise outputs.

Key Performance Indicators
Ensuring orders, invoicing and queries are managed within SLA.
Monitoring of all processes to ensure adherence to Service Management system

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experienc

  • Excellent working knowledge of eBS and eir evo versions of Navision
  • Excellent working knowledge and understanding of ICT / MSS Services.
  • Excellent working knowledge of supplier ordering processes, specifically, Cisco, Huawei and Avaya.
  • Strong product knowledge Cisco, Huawei and Avaya CPE portfolios.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills.
  • Strong PC skills.
