Inside Sales Advisor ( multi product line)

Key responsibilities of the roles will include but are not limited to:

  • Develop & Deliver excellent account management with both new and existing clients
  • Achieve agreed sales targets across the corporate health & multiline product portfolio
  • Proactively assess, clarify and validate our corporate client needs on an on-going basis
  • Identify and help develop new ways to improve our business efficiency that will benefit our client
  • Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer
  • Establish and build relationships with key external stakeholders in the business community, in particular industry sector groups and chambers of Commerce
  • A Team Player who supports and shares knowledge with other team members
  • Best practice use of all internal support/recording systems
  • Digital, Social Selling, Influencing and Communicating as appropriate
  • Continuous improvement to improve sales skills to increase success rate

The successful candidate must have:

  • Self-starter with ambition to achieve our business goals
  • Team selling experience and or working with stakeholders internally and externally
  • Planning, Problem Solving and Organising skills
  • Proven track record in developing and managing B2B or similar relationships
  • Innovation & Change mind-set
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Stakeholder management abilities
  • Professional accreditation e.g. APA/CIP required
  • Demonstrate alignment with Vhi Values
