Responsible for the distribution, installation, operations, and troubleshooting of site distributed computing environment. Participate in hardware/software projects and deployment plans. Analyze work group systems and recommend solutions. Execute production processes. Perform/manage changes to servers/environment. Manage virus protection procedures on server. Drive day to day business needs by managing processes and/or workflow. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.
Drive customer experience improvements for EUC solutions.
Respond to customer and client escalations or events as they occur.
Enforce operational excellence in the distribution, installation, operation, and troubleshooting of EUC PC, SFF, Imaging solutions across a distributed site and computing environment.
Enable strategic service suppliers with quick info turns for resolution to all queries for day-to-day operations and escalation events.
Partner with business leaders to understand how to improve and evolve current service offerings in support of dynamic business environments.
Regular consultation with stakeholders ensuring that expectations are being met or exceeded.
Perform as functional bridge between suppliers, customers and stakeholders for EUC and EOG solutions and service areas.
Global and regional project and program management.
Participate in hardware and software projects, supporting testing and related commissioning.
Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures: on-site escalations, MI’s, ITERP’s etc.
Ensure compliance with Intel policies, procedures and country specific laws.

Has strong communication skills, including the ability to listen, question, interpret, and clarify issues in business and technical terms and communication to customers on known problems and or issues.
Supplier and vendor management skills, ability to deliver through others; familiarity with purchasing guidelines and processes, negotiation skills would also be an advantage.
Experience in Excel and PowerBI, and some basic SQL experience
Broad knowledge and understanding of IT Operations and knowledge of Information Systems.
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
