Personal Lines Account Handler wanted for Insurance role-Dublin City/Hybrid

Abrivia are currently recruiting for a Personal Lines Account Handler to join our client, a leading Global broker, in their head office in Dublin. This role will report directly into the Household Team Leader and will be responsible for renewal processing, related administration duties and dealing with client enquiries.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience within household insurance, and they will be APA qualified. Making progress towards completing CIP would be an advantage.

This role is 2 days per week in the office and will provide fantastic opportunities for professional development as well as the opportunity to work in a large and well-established company.

Your Role:

  • Renewal processing
  • Administration of home policies
  • Dealing with client enquiries
  • Updating and monitoring of daily statistics
  • Administration of client post
  • Complying with company and statutory requirements

Your Skills:

  • Minimum Competency Code 2011 Retail Financial Product Categories 4 & 5 (personal and Commercial General Insurance)
