About the Role

The Supervisor supports the Funds department. Primary responsibilities include:  

  • Responsible for the preparation of complex net asset valuations for a growing portfolio of private equity and hedge funds.
  • Involvement in all client related administrative functions and liaising  with  lawyers, investment managers, prime brokers and other transaction counterparties in various international jurisdictions.
  • Deliver high levels of client service, ensuring that each relationship is compliant with internal policies and procedures.

What You Bring

In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:

  • Similar relevant experience in investment fund accounting.
  • A graduate with an excellent academic background.
  • A professional accounting designation would be desirable but not essential.
  • A detailed understanding of investment securities and transactions and internationally recognised accounting policies.
  • Preference will also be given to candidates who have direct experience working with Advent Geneva and/or Investran.
  • Excellent organisational skills, possess strong attention to detail and be able to manage time effectively.
  • Effective problem solving skills and be able to deal with all people at different levels.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
