Job Description

Manage group moves coordination across multiple business groups with the support of the Relocation Management Company (RMC)
Engage in designing strategic solutions and delivering the infrastructure for businesses to meet their mobility needs, whether that is to deliver a group move cost efficiently; develop an expat talent strategy that supports the new maximum assignment lengths; or, understanding the reasons that extensions are occurring to better manage costs containment.
Own the “health” of the group move(s) at an aggregate level through assessing data trends and collaborating with supplier managers and the design team to ensure product offerings fit the business requirements.
Partner with the Relocation Management Company (RMC) & the regional Relocation Program Managers to ensure delivery is scoped from the strategic level to the tactical delivery level.

The ability to understand and prioritize the multiple requirements needed to implement strategic changes.
A relationship-oriented approach to managing and influencing key business partners, suppliers and stakeholders.

Ability to develop multiple options, opportunities or recommendations for the business to consider as they explore group moves, i.e., cost savings, extension programs, blending extended business trips into long term assignment programs, family support programs, etc.
Required Skills
HR Services and group move coordination experience preferred
Supplier management experience essential
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Proven global work experience, including the ability to work flexible hours
Strong leadership and decision making capability
Ability to look at trending holistically in order to make informed recommendations and decisions
