€35k base €15k OTE
Remote in Ireland (Ideally Dublin)
This Irish Startup has already gained international attention. Rarely do you get the opportunity to join an actual start up in Ireland! Normally they already have 500 staff somewhere else in the world. This is your opportunity to actually become employee number 10! You’re going to have to be something special! You will have to have the ability to hit the ground running. Working along side the cofounders to identify and qualify strong sales leads. You’ll have to be able to deal with more responsibility that the usual SDR role. You’ll be putting in processes where needed, you’ll be establishing work practices where necessary, you’ll have to coach new staff when you’re hiring, and you’ll have to be ready to develop your career faster that you could have believed.
The core of your role will involve,
Conduct market research into target industries and companies per territory.
Use effective methods of communication, prospecting tools, and social platforms to interact with and target new prospects.
Schedule and hold demonstration calls to educate prospects on products offered
Transition targeted qualified prospects to the cofounder.
