 Medical Sales Executive 

Our client, a leader in recycling and waste collection, are currently recruiting for an experienced Medical Sales Executive. The successful candidate will develop and maintain contacts for their innovative recycling, waste collection and hygiene services, within the Health and Medical area. 

The company is in an exciting phase of growth as it looks to focus on recycling for a circular economy and the successful candidate will help the business on this nationwide journey – the role will be based at their new state of the art HQ in Dublin 12. They will be highly target driven with strong experience working in sales, with demonstrable experience building and maintaining relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with Dental, Pharmacies, Nursing Homes, Medical Practices and Hospitals.
  • Identify prospects and generate sales leads within targeted sector.
  • Increase the profile and exposure of complete product portfolio within the market by visiting new and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with Key accounts.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations to key accounts and new targeted accounts.
  • Work to agreed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain full product knowledge of all company products, prices and key features of the business.
  • Report weekly sales KPI’s to include sales performance and other reports and KPI’s as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years sales experience
  • Experience of selling into Medical Centres, Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Dental and GP Surgeries is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and issue resolution.
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise work.
  • Flexible with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Full, clean drivers’ licence is essential
