Based in our Limerick contact centre, each day is filled with customers, each with different needs. Working to provide a stellar experience while reviewing existing customers’ needs. As part of our Outbound team, you’ll need to be happy keeping several plates spinning and be adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced workplace. Join us as a Telesales Executive.

A natural with people, you’ll provide Sales & Value add to our existing customers by reviewing their plans, dealing with solutions, and ensuring customers are fully aware of all value product and service offerings. Friendly and professional, you’ll take ownership of every query to get the best offer for the customer, driving service and sales excellence. You’ll need to be experienced, with strong sales skills, and able to quickly build rapport with your customers. A great communicator, you’ll be part of a friendly and ambitious team and be ready to play your part in its success.

  • Driving service perfection as a member of the Excellence Centre.
  • You will actively offer additional products and Services to existing customers and retain customers at risk of Churn.
  • Deliver high levels of performance, customer service and the ultimate experience for our customer base.
  • Working with your Team and Team Leader to support an inspiring environment culture where the customer is at the heart of everything we do.
  • Listening to and understanding customer`s needs and respond accordingly with a tailored offer for them
  • Providing the best possible experience to customers on every call.
  • Instilling a strong sales focused mind set within the team to both ensure adherence to SLA’s and delivery of an extraordinary customer experience to our customers.
  • Deliver your Sales & Team Targets.

The skills we’re looking for

  • Able to handle the demands of an Outbound Dialler environment.
  • Experience in similar Loyalty/ sales environment.
  • Strong sales skills with an ability to gain customer dedication in areas such as re-contracting, and up-selling of additional services.
  • A self-starter who has a demonstrated capability and maturity to take ownership of their own development.
  • Flourishes with working in a team and supporting others to achieve goals.
  • Attention to detail and high work standards in support of accurate, precise delivery.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Results based with a focus on customers and the delivery of sales and service KPI`s
