We are looking for a customer-obsessed, experienced Business Analyst who can help us evolve the Travel and Expense Program, deliver critical analysis and program improvements, drive efficiency and quality throughout the Global Travel Card and Expense Program Office.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible to:
Represent the Travel and Expense Program in the following areas as it relates to Intel’s growth initiatives:
o Be the liaison and represent Travel and Expense in key project teams
o Coordinate with supplier owners for Travel and Expense supplier readiness
o Travel and Expense tools, systems and process execution
o Employee awareness on Travel and Expense policy, systems, and tools
o Partner with relocation and immigration partners
o Performing on-going analysis of current processes, systems, and configurations
o Recommending, developing, and implementing short and long-term solutions to complex issues
o Sustaining activities related to general program and operational management, ensuring the program remains compliant with methodologies and tools driven across the broader Human Resources Global Services organization.
o Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners, suppliers, and stakeholders, and understand and manage customer expectations.
Bachelor of Arts degree or a Bachelor of Science degree and a minimum of 4 years applicable work experience preferred.
o Must be creative and a critical thinker
o Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
o Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
o Self-motivated, highly developed organizational skills
o Ability to prioritize workload, be comfortable with ambiguous situations and adapt quickly to change
o Efficient at working both independently and as part of a team
o Some project management skills
o Excellent presentation and written communication skills
o to network, influence and interact with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders at all levels
o Experience working in a global organization across multiple time zones

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
