Basic Job Purpose
To actively support the business objectives in Ireland through the provision of technical advisory support on all aspects of the use, efficacy and safety of species products to customers, distributors, sales and marketing employees. Ensure marketing and sales activities meet and comply with regulatory requirements, and the NOAH Code of Practice, ensuring compliance with pharmacovigilence. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders
To input and review promotional brand material for technical accuracy and ensure that all claims in promotional materials can be supported technically, are consistent with Company standards and meet the standards set by the NOAH Code of Practice.
To provide an accurate and informed response to technical enquiries by customers and to ensure complete, objective investigation and reporting of product-related complaints and suspected adverse reactions
To provide technical training which ensures that the technical knowledge of the sales force, other AH employees and distributors meets standards commensurate with the needs of their jobs.
To further develop the Company and product image though building positive relationships with key influencers and opinion leaders within the industry and profession, addressing meetings and attending conferences including manning trade stands and general ‘customer liaison’ at all levels.
Works within and has a deep knowledge of the requirements of the NOAH and veterinery codes of practice. Has a comprehensive knowledge of all marketed products, awareness of competitor products and key internal and external stakeholders/KOLs and customers Ensures all promotional materials are compliant with regulatory requirements
Deep knowledge of the NOAH code of practice
A high level of species product, technical and disease area knowledge. Good awareness of the market and competitor products
Provides expert knowledge to sales & marketing colleagues
Works at all levels from liaising with members of the public to KOLs and international colleagues
Advice supports the upholding of Company and Code of Practice standards Contributes to a positive customer experience through the resolution of product queries
Ensures sales and marketing colleagues are equipped with the skills and materials to fulfil their role successfully
Minimum Education/Experience Requirements
Previous experience in species practice
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and detail oriented
- A high level of product, technical and disease area knowledge.
